Thank you for choosing TCG Road LLC for your trading card sorting needs! Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth and secure shipping process.

Un-Sleeve: Please remove your collection from sleeves, our sorters do not play well with sleeves.

Signature Delivery: A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your collection arrives safely.

Insurance: Only applies to shipments with labels printed directly by TCG Road LLC. Customers who use their own shipping labels are solely responsible for providing their own insurance coverage, as TCG Road LLC does not cover shipments labeled outside of our service.

Ship Kit Instructions

1. Place Your Order
- Add the sorting options you require to the cart and checkout.
2. Prepare Your Cards for Shipment
- Secure your cards in deck boxes, team bags, or other protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Place your cards inside a sturdy box or padded envelope for added protection.
3. Ship Your Package To:

4. Shipping Recommendations
- Tracking & Insurance: We highly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to protect your package.
- Confirmation Email: Once shipped, please send us an email at support@tcgroad.com with the order and tracking number so we can monitor your package’s arrival.
1. Place Your Order
- Select the container size that best fits your collection, add to cart and checkout.
2. Receive Your Shipping Kit
- You will receive a secure, pre-labeled shipping container designed to protect your cards.
- The package will include a prepaid return label for easy mailing back to us.
3. Pack Your Cards & Ship Them Back
- Place your cards securely in the provided container.
- Use any included protective materials to prevent movement or damage.
- Seal the package properly and attach the provided return label.
- Drop it off at the appropriate shipping carrier location.
4. Important Shipping Information
- Tracking & Insurance: The prepaid label includes tracking and insurance up to $100, but if you wish to add more coverage, then please add the desired coverage to your cart.
